rapid assessment of new referrals
open lines of communication between Oncology West specialists and referring medical practitioners
providing a service throughout the Perth metropolitan area for the convenience of patients and referring practitioners
Referrals can be faxed (see table below for fax numbers). Please include patient phone numbers and any supporting documents such as pathology reports or radiology (images and reports) with the referral.
