HOW TO REFER TO ONCOLOGY WEST
Referrals to Oncology West can be faxed or emailed (see below). Please include patient phone numbers, and any supporting documents such as pathology reports or radiology (images and reports) with the referral. All urgent referrals are seen within one week.

Your doctor sends us your referral and relevant test results.
